Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing yasbet.club, creating an Account, or placing any Wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all visitors, registered Players, and any other persons who interact with the Platform in any capacity.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms & Conditions, and that by accessing the Platform you accept these terms on that third party's behalf.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. yasbet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication at yasbet.club/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the current terms periodically.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to use the yasbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed with yasbet or any other gaming platform operating the same responsible gaming network.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by yasbet for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, contractor, or close family member of any person holding such a role at yasbet or any affiliated company.

yasbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within the period specified by yasbet may result in Account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one Account on the yasbet Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise redundant Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. yasbet will merge or close duplicate Accounts at its sole discretion, and any Bonuses or winnings generated through duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information in all mandatory fields. You must promptly update your Account information whenever any registered detail changes. yasbet accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate Account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify yasbet's support team immediately.

yasbet reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, and to close any Account at its sole discretion, subject to the obligations set out in Section 13 of these Terms & Conditions.

Deposits & Withdrawals

yasbet supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh:

All Funds deposited into a Player's Account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. yasbet reserves the right to return Funds to the source payment method and close the Account if a third-party funding source is identified.

Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players must complete KYC before their first withdrawal is processed. yasbet reserves the right to request additional documentation (e.g., proof of source of funds) for withdrawal amounts exceeding ৳50,000 in any rolling 30-day period. All withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by yasbet support in writing.

yasbet does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction charges, for which yasbet accepts no responsibility. Currency conversion is not applicable as all transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Bonuses & Promotions

yasbet offers various Bonuses and promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the following general conditions that apply to all promotions on the Platform:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. yasbet reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method account (e.g., per bKash number or Nagad number), unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotional terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotional terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• Unless the promotional terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds may not be used on all game types. Games excluded from wagering requirement contribution will be listed in the individual promotional terms.
• yasbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Bonuses already credited to a Player's Account remain subject to the terms in place at the time of crediting.
• The use of Bonus Funds in a manner that yasbet determines to be abusive, exploitative, or in bad faith — including but not limited to low-risk hedge betting, bonus scalping, or use of external arbitrage strategies — may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and suspension of the Account.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the yasbet Platform are subject to the specific game or sport rules published within the relevant section of the Platform (e.g., cricket betting rules, live casino rules, slots rules), as well as the following general rules:

• Bets may only be placed using available real-money Funds or eligible Bonus Funds in a Player's Account at the time the bet is placed. Bets placed in excess of the available balance will be rejected.
• All bets are final once confirmed. yasbet does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted, except in the event of a manifest system error.
• yasbet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed following a manifest error in odds, game configuration, or other technical parameter. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, the record held by yasbet's system shall be the definitive reference. yasbet's decisions on disputed bets are final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure described in these Terms & Conditions.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain game types or promotional offers. Where applicable, these limits are displayed within the relevant game or promotional section.
• yasbet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical processes overseen by independent game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi.
• Connection failures or device interruptions during a game round do not affect the integrity of the outcome. If a game round was initiated, the result determined by the server shall stand.

Responsible Gaming

yasbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing Players with tools to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all Players via their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to restrict the amount of Funds they can deposit within a given period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gaming is becoming problematic may request a permanent self-exclusion, during which their Account will be closed and they will be prevented from re-registering.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute serious breaches of these Terms & Conditions. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Funds withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, or assisting another person to create a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access or use the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction by means of a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology.
• Colluding with other Players to achieve an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, or coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform without prior written approval from yasbet.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation may be voided.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank, mobile money provider, or card issuer without first engaging yasbet's dispute resolution process.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing yasbet staff or other Players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the yasbet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game code, interface design, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of yasbet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; (b) modify or create derivative works from any Platform content; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; or (d) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods on the Platform.

The yasbet name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the exclusive property of yasbet. No licence to use any trademark is granted by these Terms & Conditions. Any unauthorised use of yasbet's trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yasbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings resulting from any game outcome or system interruption.
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from Platform use.
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your Account by a third party where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures affecting the Platform, whether caused by yasbet or by third-party infrastructure providers.
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.

yasbet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits yasbet's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data in connection with your use of the yasbet Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

By registering an Account, you consent to yasbet processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. yasbet applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform.

Account Termination

Termination by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting yasbet support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, yasbet will process the return of any available real-money Funds balance to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements and the expiry of any applicable bonus wagering period.

Termination by yasbet: yasbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where yasbet has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct; (c) continuing to maintain your Account would expose yasbet to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk; or (d) you have provided false information during registration or KYC verification.

Where an Account is closed by yasbet due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, yasbet reserves the right to withhold some or all Funds in the Account pending investigation. Where fraud or financial crime is confirmed, the Funds may be forfeited in their entirety.

Amendments to These Terms

yasbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, yasbet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address on their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the yasbet Platform shall in the first instance be referred to yasbet's customer support team for attempted resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of being raised with yasbet support, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. yasbet's decision on matters of game outcome, bonus eligibility, and account status is final and binding, subject only to cases of manifest error or bad faith on yasbet's part.
